I am very lucky in that I don't fly home till early August but there are many worse places to be stuck than Brazil huh? Hope everyone else who is genuinely stuck manages to get home safe and well soon.

I'm stuck in atlanta which is a pretty generic us city. Booked on flight tomorrow but that looks like being cancelled. Wife 37 weeks pregnant. The whole thing is not good.

Getting sick of terribly unhealthy US food.

Although on the plus side there are worse places to be stuck than in a nice hotel with a rooftop swimming pool.

cocacola world and the aquarium and you have seen all of Altantas "highlights". The Olympic park has to be the worst leagcy of an olypmics ever.

I have a couple of customers stuck in the USA and a lot of products stuck waiting to go to the states.

I know loads of people still stuck, I am also still 'stuck' in Italy although I am actually working so its not too bad, company is paying for it all and if I want to go home the drive is 16-19hours.

My boy is now massively confused by webcam communication!! although he would have had to get used to it pretty soon anyway.

I now have a pile of parcels at home to complete my Orange build aswell so pressure is mounting to get back.

so if you have travel insurance and you get delayed and have to stay longer does it cover you for the rest of this time or do you have to arrange an extension?

It's an act of God, so basically a get out clause for the insurance company.

You're f*cked

We went to the smoky mountains, swam in Lake Chatuge. Oh and to the Chattahoochee River, where I filmed a [url=

video[/url] of where I went swimming. Oh yeah and ran up and down stone mountain, which according to locals is the biggest granite outcrop in the world (it isn't the biggest rocky outcrop, and it isn't made out of granite, but other than that it is nice).

EU law states that the airlines have to pay for hotel & food. No one knows if that is going to happen, but that is for work and BA to argue about.

why should the airlines pay for what is essentially nothing to do with them - seems a bit harsh
