My mate has a lodge in Anzere, Switzerland. Says I can use it in summer as it doesn't get used (due to lack of snow!). Anyone ridden in this area? Just wondered if chairlifts are open to bike riders and if there's any notable riding to be had.
Nope - but I am sure they will be. There are many uplifts around CH everywhere else

this trail, the brazilian ..is just opposite from anzere on the other side of the valley..
certainly remember seeing the lifts running near evolene as well as the quatre vallee area around Vaerbier, Nendaz etc. so wouldn't be at all surprised if they run in most of the ski areas to a limited extent.
There is bucket loads of riding in the general area if you know where to look. Some of the best trails I've ridden last season are not too far away from there.
