They look pretty tidy, both in 650b and 29er format. Wouldn't say no to a go on one.

Don't know of any in the wild yet, so no user reviews. No ISCG tabs, but pressfit BB might be a minor oversight (from pics the German dealer posted elsewhere - maybe retail ones differ?).

Yes I've got one

I have Hope press fit bb fitted so hope it's gonna last, also don't see the need for ISCG tabs as I have clutch type rear mech

Just getting to grips with it as have only rode it around 5-6 times, my other bike is a Cotic Solaris

Feels a little like my old Turner 5 Spot and Flux but with bigger wheels. On tight Singletrack it turns very well and on corners and rooty sections is very planted.

Only done a few rocky sections and TBH it rolled them like they weren't there, very quick. I have found it impossible to bottom out the rear (30% sag) though have used up all the front travel

I also test rode the following bikes
Specialized Camber
Whyte T129
Orange Gyro
Cube 120 29 summin
Yeti SB95
Fave out of those was the Whyte and the Orange

Haha Marcus. No not as far as I'm aware. I'm talking about a Carbon 650B hardtail called the Zero650C.

r53 or others-does the oneten29 have ISCG tabs or not? I read in a couple of reviews that it has but all the specs and pictures suggest not...

@groundskeeperwilly the OneTen29 does not have ISCG tabs. The review you have read is of the very original prototype. C-Sixx do an adaptor that can be fitted to the frame to allow you to use ISCG mountings.

One of these:

I hope that clears it up.

Thanks r53. Any idea how much it costs or if it is ready to buy-don't see that info anywhere...

Are ISCG mounted chain devices needed these days with the introduction of clutch mechs?

Sorry. we aren't the C-Sixx importer. Try Steve at C-Sixx on 01799 516441. That facebook page is run by the guys at C-Sixx head office in South Africa (they are tied in with Pyga which is how I know about it).

As frankers says though, with a clutch rear mech they aren't always needed although some still like the security.

Yeah I do run a type 2 mech but have found on occasion that the chain guide has saved a few drops. Also the guide I run has a neat little semi-bash type thing to protect the chainring too which I like.
