Need some help!!
Rear brake is XTR(IS), currently on my Mmmbop (frame is IS too) running 140mm rotor. I have 180mm that I have tried in vain to fit. I have the correct adapter (IS-IS) for 180mm but for some reason the adapter wont fit the frame. Anyone out there know of a solution? Or is it just not possible to fit IS-IS over 140mm???

I'm running a Hope M4 on the rear of my mmmBop with a 185mm rotor.
However, I had to source the specific caliper to use without an adaptor.
It seems that because the mmmBop rear disc mount is inside the rear triangle (rather than on top of the seat stay as on most frames) many adaptors won't fit.
My LBS said they'd had loads of queries re. this ...

160 works. Do you really need a 180 rotor on the back?
Just so happened to have a 180 rotor in the shed so figured it would just work if I got the adapter. I'll have to look into the 160 so. Not splashing out on a new XTR caliper.
