Are they stopped routinely and charged import duty - looking at servicing/upgrading old forks vs OEMs from the US?
I had no probs when I ordered and didn't get stung for costs however it was only a Pauls chainkeeper so may have been under the threshold?
Would definitely use them again as they were brilliant.

ive been 50/50 on getting charged import duty with them
its a gamble
and their OE forks still loo a bargain tbh!
yeah wont sell fox's outside US - still think a service and upgraded internals best for me 🙂
50/50ish for me too. I got my GoPro from them and was charged import duty, but it still worked out cheaper than buying in the UK.
