Basically cable guide reducers
I did have a bag of them but they're gone, lost in the detritus of the workshop floor - not due to be uncovered again until 2017 🙂
Anyway, they're from Jagwire part number DCA072, Cannondale do some but I can't find them online in the UK & there aren't any 'dale dealers near, the couple I have called aren't interested.

Google Dr Cannondale. In Germany so the postage costs will put you off.
How many do you need? I have some in my tool box after buying a bag full from Noahs Ark (in person not online)

Yeah I looked at the German site before, can't remember what the postage was but it wasn't good

Found them, Send me a note to my email ( in profile ) and we can sort something out. Right I am off to work.
On my prophet i used table ties wrapped around the cable, pushed into the guide and then trimmed with a stanley knife. 2 pieces of cable tie per guide worked very well.
