I was given a Rockshox reba fork, so can't really complain but the steerer is too short to put my current stem on. Anyone know of a 1 1/8th stem(25.4) with a steerer clamp shorter that 38mm? Cheers.

Spank make an ultra-low stack stem.

It's a 110, sorry - stack height is 36mm too - thought it was a bit less.

Pro FRS is 35mm, looks good, strong and light. I don't have one to sell you, but can highly recommend it.

Remember that you need a few mm of slack in your stack height so you can tension the Headset without the top-cap hitting the top of the steerer. I'd be happy to have a 5mm gap when you fit the stem, which would give you a bit more to play with.

Alternatively, a Crank Brothers Cobalt Headset will give you more height to play with still, assuming you have a normal headset.

If you're after a shorty stem I have a 40mm white Funn with a black faceplate - stack height is a tiny 32mm. You can see it on my old Flow Myth. Only used for a few months (tiny paint chip above steerer clamp bolt) - £20 posted?

Pro FRS is 40mm according to this:

Truvativ XR are 35mm ish, some FSAs similar. Kore Race is 40mm but has a single bolt fixing which is good for short steerer.

As long as it's a single bolt on the steerer bolt sambob you should be ok so long as the bolt sits below the top of the steerer. Sunline stems are quite low too.
