Just wondering if anyone knows...been 9 days (although probably just 6 days with them) and not heard anything and neither has the shop...normally I've heard back in 5 days...

Get the shop to call them, they maybe waiting for parts all depnds on what it is and what's being done.

My xx1 took 2 months due to no stock/back log but then I've waited a couple of days for other stuff.
The shop should get updates on their account.
