was a sign at the bottom of it last week saying closed for resurfacing, is it open now?
Edit: i'm wanting to ride up it, so if its open is it surfaced ok, or has it got horrible temp road surface like they sometimes have when still working on it.

Was up at hartsop 2hour ago walking hope the weathers better didnt notice if it was closed off but they would let u ride over it im sure.
