I've had my pre-order for an 853 Sirius in since December so have been getting excited about hearing, on Pipedream's Twitter page, that they were in yesterday. I was rather hoping that mine might turn up today, but sadly not and I haven't heard anything from Pipedream about pre-order dispatches and although they've put up pictures and videos on Facebook there's nothing about shipping times.

Has anyone heard anything or even received theirs?

They do indeed look nice. Mine's a Kawasaki green one. I'm hoping they'll arrive before the weekend too as I've stripped down my current frame.

Apparently it isn't white, it is "Bling Ti", so safe to assume it is silver of some form.

PJ - I sold a frame in January in readiness for my soon to be arriving pipedream ๐Ÿ˜†

Luckily I had an old Alu trek frame that's built into a great fun SS, which has made the pipedream almost redundant!!!

Choices, choices can't decide between one of these or wait for the new carbon 456....

I haven't got anything yet - tracking number or indeed frame (unless it has turned up while I've been at work)

Emailed them at lunch to ask about ETA.

The frames should be being collected today. Apparently they were meant to go out yesterday but there was a 'failed collection'. If they do go out today we might be lucky and get them tomorrow (keeping fingers crossed that I get the right size and colour), it would be good to have them for the weekend.

I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of the builds when they're ready (mine'll be mostly a frame transplant but I'm still pretty excited).

Nothing as yet, starting to get a bit irritated, they seem to have had plenty of time to piss around with facebook and twitter, without giving any worthwhile information to those who have already paid up.

Missus has just informed me that a frame-sized parcel has arrived at our house. As PJ notes I'm now just waiting to confirm it's the right size and colour then the build can commence this evening ๐Ÿ™‚

Best of luck to everyone else waiting.

Mine's arrived at last and it's looking good, 19.5" and green as ordered. I'm not the world's best mechanic (it's only my 2nd build) so I'll take it slowly over a few days but there'll be pics. when it's done. I hope everyone else's arrived safely too and look forward to those pics. too.

Mine was waiting for me when I got in earlier - very nice and worth the wait.

As the decals are not laquered over they are coming off I think ๐Ÿ˜•

Going stealthy black 8)

hmm. i think that as no-one else seems to be making an 853 frame with slidey's, if i was in the market for one, i'd be putting my money down sharpish. but then i have two inbred frames and a p7, so i won't be. 8)
look nice though.

Well mine had arrived when I got home tonight, disapointed that the headset that was meant to be fitted, was just in a bag within the box. And coupled with the twice promised tracking numbers that never materialised, thats a customer service fail for pipedream.
Anyway frame is now built up, and have taken it for a quick spin round the block and it feels very nice.

Will use it for the commute tomorrow, before taking it for a proper ride on thursday (which is a public holiday here in germany).
