i can't log on
I've not had trouble with talktalk since I left and joined plusnet.
Talktalk were absolutely rubbish for the limited time I had a service with them.
My in-laws managed to get through to TalkTalk's support.
They have an issue with email it will be out for 48 hours.
Have to say, this quite often happens, seems very poor service.
My dad is having problems with em, can't send or receive emails
When I joined TalkTalk &...once I'd finally got up and running, the first thing I did was to change my default contact details to....another Gmail account !
Didn't like the look / layout of the TalkTalk web-mail ( may have changed since, but never been tempted to re-visit)
& It works flawlessly !

My mum has talktalk and has problems quite often, sometimes internet access, sometimes email access. It put me off joining them.
