He appears to be ripping me off.
Bought one of a pair of tyres off him last week and have not received the tyre or had any contact.
Just noticed he is still trying to sell the tyres as a pair.

Ok thanks for that. He's managed to get in touch now with an explanation for the delay and the latest advert but until it actually turns up at my door I'll remain unconvinced.

It'll certainly be the last time I send a paypal gift and at the very least, it's bad form to say you'll post something immediately then not get in touch when there's a delay.
