Hi as the title suggests any one done this and thought it was a good or bad choice?.
I have a 26 inch wheel alloy one that has been heavily upgraded and I love the bike and will not sell it because lets face it, it is probably worth nothing but the new bike itch has started!.
Have seen the Giant anthem 2 2018 at Pauls cycles for £1800, worth it or just ride and enjoy what I have?
Thoughts and opinions please.

Depends what you want. The 2018 anthem wasn't really a direct replacement for the old bike. It was more trail than race very oriented. The 2015-17 27.5" bikes and the 2018 29er are more xc focussed.
