It's ok some good very good climbs to get you fit minton batch is a good descent but all the other descent are on boring paths no rocks or roots apart from that it's great

long mynd is ace if you know where to look and don't mind some stiff climbs. up carding mill valley on single speed is vomit inducing!

Good climbs but no good descents (suppose it depends on what you call good)

lots of good descents wiv rocks and everyfing guvnor! not peak district doctors gate, cut gate rocky but good drop offs loose rocky bits and lots of erosion gullys to bunnyhop. I spose if you take a big boingy 5" + it'll take some of the fun out of though. each to their own ๐Ÿ™‚

yep agree on the quest for challenging rides/descents, riding since the late 80's and still enjoy finidng "interesting" bits. I've also found making sure I don't go "overbiked" to certain venues helps to keep it fresh as well (it's a great excuse to have loads of bikes!!) If you want some GPS maps of the cheeky stuff on the mynd/stipperstones drop me an email and I'll send some over.
