5:30 at NXP on Millbrook road. I will be on a big blue Kona riding slowly up hills so it wont be a fast blast 🙂

Last time I 'pootled' with you it was 45 miles in less than 3 hours. Promise me it will be short and gentle and if the lurgy has left my lungs I should be up for it.

Okay, subject to lungs. Just spent an hour up Lordswood and nearly fainted through exhaustion. Can't breath properly and can't cough it up to clear it.
