I was out Thurs, Fri and Sunday plus I was dog walking....I dont think my legs would be up to it! LOL
LOL - tonights the only night I have off this week as my kids are with me - will probably be about Sunday but thats it ! (going to nant yr arian saturday) - you should have just met me & not mentioned being tired,that way I would just think its your usual pace ! I'm no race face so if you fancy a gentle spin for a couple of hours tonight I'm up for it.
If you dont get another offer then I will come out for a gentle one 🙂

I did Nant-yr-Arian a while back, I enjoyed it, apart fom the leg burner section, I think thats what it was called...
