I know Strava can be a bit hit or miss. I did the London to Brighton off road yesterday, and the mate I did it with has had his route recognised as the L2B, but mine has not! We did the entire route together and it has realised we were on the same ride. I just don't get identified as doing the segment! Anything I can do?

For road segments you can use Raceshape SNAP, very little you can do about off road ones though.

Email strava support with a link to your ride and a link to the segment and they might be able to match it for you. They've done it for me a couple of times
