anything to adjust headangles on 1 1/8" frames?

anglesets onlywork for 1.5 or tapered heasdtubes.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you have the room in a standard 1 1/8 headtube to allow the steerer to be set at an angle other than parallel to the headtube.
