I mean really ride able, not pushing through snow ride able.
Went up to glen tress on boxing day and all i did was push my bike.

Was up Mabie a couple of days ago and some persistent folks were out on their bikes but it was hard enough walking on the hard snow and ice. If the snow is fresh its ok, but where it has been ridden on or walked upon there is a lot of hard ice about. The pavements in Dumfries tonight are almost unwalkable with slippery ice.
Whinlatter pass at least seems to be open so getting to the place is possible although not particularly pleasant so presumably some snow and ice has melted but not all of it. Due to the elevation I can't see it being a particularly good bet.
I passed by Settle yesterday and there was a lot less snow around than there had been (a lot less) although that doesn't really help with your enquiry about the riding at Gisburn. (!)
