[Closed] Any help please ? gearing / Chainsets for Santa cruz butcher

Hi guys any help on this would be gratefull just bought a Santa cruz butcher but require more gears for climbing bellow is the spec I am running I'm looking at various options as I'm new to all this any advice would be great cheers. Mech XT 10sp med cage
Chain XT 10sp
Cassette XT 11-36T 10sp
Chain ring E13 34T
Crank arms XT. Thanks

I run exactly the same on my Butcher...

Where abouts you are riding and whether you are new to the whole single ring thing might help narrow your options.

But, generally i would say as you already have 11-36 on the back, your choices are 1) put a smaller chainring on the front, 32 or 33T and lose your higher gears; or 2) go with a double or triple set up on the front and all the faff/cost that will entail?

I'm a motocross rider and all my experience so far is down hill - jump bikes it ant as bad as I thought thanks for the advice
