[Closed] Any experience of pedalcover holiday insurance?

I received an email from the lovely folks at pedalcover saying they now do holiday insurance. They've done such a good job on my house insurance that I'm thinking about giving them a go but I'm a bit concerned.

I'm off to Morzine this summer with some chums and we'll be riding unguided. I've previously used Dogtag while friends have used snowcard for mtb trips and I'm looking for the sane level of cover.

The pedalcover quote is half the price of the snowcard quote, so I'm wondering what's missing.

Does anyone have any experience of using and claiming from pedalcover holiday insurance?

have you selected the correct level of cover it defaults to L1.

when I selected correct level it took it up to snowcard prices for me.

It was £5 cheaper than dog tag for me, and that was with better baggage cover. Bought mine with them, but hoping not to use it

Currently on holiday with insurance from pedal cover.

We have done a couple of days riding so needed level 2 cover, I also added on car hire excess cover.

Do it online.

Hopefully we won’t need it!!
