If you've got a car the best area is the Sierra Espuna outside Alhama de Murcia.Its the best riding in the Murcia region.
The village of El Berro is a good starting point,or the Centro Interpretacion in the park.
Saturday mornings see plenty of mountainbikers about and the cafe Fuente del Hilo is a meeting spot around noon.
There are sometimes rides out from the campsite in El Berro and if you've got an Orange you'd fit right in.
