Is there a weekly mileage that will maintain my current running fitness?
Background: 6 weeks after a slightly disappointing marathon, my speed seems pretty reasonable and I'd like to maintain that while doing some riding as well, then maybe focus on another marathon later on in the year.
I was hoping 2 runs, 10-15miles per week might do it? I probbers CBA doing anymore D:

Yeah, I have found 10 to 15 miles a week and biking can maintain very good speed. Problem comes when ramping up again. I have so often been injured ramping the distance back up. Had to miss 3 peaks in apr due to this.

Cool ta. TBH the training plan I used was pretty low mileage...and ramping up from 10-15m a week is better than zero!
