There's probably a really easy solution for this, but I'm being a numpty:  when I go cycling I want to turn off the wifi, the sound and vibration, the ambient display, notifications etc and I don't want the display to come on unless I want it to.   I used to use a thing where you could set up different profiles like Home, Work, Bike etc to make all the changes in one go, does anyone know of one that can do this please?

Oneplus 7 Pro

Thanks very much in anticipation.

"do not disturb" is what you need

Turn it off. I normally stick mine in flight mode which lets me use the GPS but saves battery a lot. Neither option lets you receive a call if that matters, but no one phones me anyway.

Not that I'm very good at these sorts of things but there seems to be evidence that you can customise the Alert Slider.

MacroDroid or Trigger might be capable of what you're after - maybe an extra step to manually run each script to turn things on/off, or paid versions might make that easier

Set up a routine in Google assistant to set multiple things with one command.
