I've just had my BOS Void back from JTech, after being serviced, and the muppet has put the valve in the wrong position, meaning it won't fit through the frame. Of course, this would happen on a Bank Holiday weekend 🙄
Is it easy to rotate the valve?

Yeah, got that, but having never done it before, it would be better to have some first hand advice, rather than the broken English of a translated instruction manual.
