got this today, its very shiny and pretty light, its a 95 gary fisher montare, am thinking about keeping the shiny chromey thing going, but advise on decent cranks, wheels etc would be good.... I havent done a retro build before and my bits knowledge begins at about 2004!
basically what would you get?
budget is pretty limited, really limited actually, have probably £150....

got it from harryburgundy from retrobike, i am new to this retro business, but he seems sound! he even sent some lindt choccies with it honestly couldnt be more chuffed, deffo one of the best buys from a forum.
just wanted to kit it out cheaply but well, (if this is possible) without kitting it out with really blingy retro kit from the 90s which still cost £sss, cranks for £80 for example, ouch!
