I am looking for an adjustable seat post, firstly any recomendations and has anyone any experiance of DNM remote posts as they look alot cheaper and only seem to be available on ebay
They look like unbranded KS i900s. Could be alright.
Ive got both a Reverb bought from Hi-bike in Germany for £180 posted, and a Gravity Dropper for £198 from CRC. Both work fine, no issues, do what they're meant to without fuss and benefit my riding.
Ive had 4 Crank Bros Joplins/Maverick Speedballs - quality control and service backup were woeful, though when they worked they were very good. 2 had problems and 2 had no problems. I once sent a remote version of a Crank Bros back under warranty (ridden twice and absolutely as new condition) and got someone elses none remote in return, un-repaired and looking like it had been used to plough a field. I had to then fight to get my money back off them. Will not buy any Crank bros product again.
