I ordered a new chainring off AB, ordered on 20 Sept, which left Poland on 22 Sept en route to the UK. I was told by AB to wait until yesterday, and then get back to them, but they don't know who will take over delivery of the item once it gets to the UK (and are basically just telling me to continue waiting).
Does anyone know who would take over delivery within the UK, as the only tracking reference I have is for a Polish parcel company, and that reference just replies with an error when I try it with Post Office, Parcelforce, DHL and any others I can think of.
