I'm thinking of popping to my local David Lloyds for a spin, but before I do:
Do they have training plans installed, so basically I can pop in my FTP/other info and off I go?

I use a reformatted concept2 log card, and that holds all my data, which seems to work nicely.

Not the ones i have used. You can 'just ride' but you will have to come up with your own routine.
