morning people, just got back from a six hour stay in the local hospital, why I hear you cry!
Well following a good three hour ride round the Firs I noticed Six small bites on the old legs, nothing new there I thought.
Three off which although still a little sore have pretty much disappeared, the other three however have now grown to the size off a small rugby ball, very red in colour solid yet numb to the touch and dear god the itch. So thought I should check this out and hey presto six hours after arriving at hospital I now have enough meds to last a lifetime as a result of bloody LYMES disease.
So if you are off to the Firs in Northampton over the weekend keep an eye out for those peskey little ticks.
