my friend jen is doing a sponsored cycle for charity. now i know sponsored cycles arent really on the stw approved list but this video that her boyfriend made documenting the difficulties of living with cystic fibrosis is pretty good and may even be worth a pound to charity (hint hint)

Best of luck.. speaking of dark humour.. for the bowel cancer charity our firm raises money for we have these pants with what looks like two arse cheeks sewn in the back. Makes for good photo caption comp pictures.
