Not my usual style but a big thumbs up to the Hope Warranty Dept for turning around my kxxxxxxd seat clamp in 3 day (posted Wednesday back on the bike on Friday. 😀
Did it snap on the band? Mines broken three times now hope have replaced each time but its a pain when your 20 miles from home.
Great company, no one else replaces so many broken expensive high end parts as Hope!
Had a two clamps do that.. Hope were brilliant about them, as they were with my old Vision 2 lights !

That reminds me, I've got a big bag of Haribo to send them as thanks for fixing my lights in double quick time. Must make sure to send them before they end up being "cycle snacks"
they replaced my snapped hub axel last week, in 3 hours! sadly though the replacement wasnt machined right through.. so the maxle didnt fit 🙁 paid a visit to Orange the next day, who replaced the axel there and then 🙂
still very happy with the service and time its taken for fixing!
