will new 9spd sora mechs front and back and chainset work with to spd bar end shifters and 10 speed chain and cassette, the only reason i can see for not working is the chain being too narrow for the chainrings or jockey wheels

what's a spd shifter ? do you mean road ones (sti ?)
I think you'll be OK if road ones, not if you mean mtb 10sp shifters
10sp chain works fine on 9sp chainset (and mech) IME
Edit - ... but I don't know for sure
