I have a Thule 561 fork-mounted bike carrier. It appears to have a 20mm diameter axle capacity and is supplied with a 9mm QR reducer as standard.
With some effort, I managed to find a 15mm adapter for my bolt-thru Fox forks - which is basically a tubed 20mm to 15mm reducer.
I now have a Cotic Escapade with 9mm bolt-thru rigid forks. I think I need a 20mm to 9mm axle reducer - perhaps one like this... http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/31472/Halo_Spin_Doctor_QR_Front_Axle_Kit ??
