Sure it was an old Kona, anyway a bit like this:
could have been a gt. They had brushes lines all over them for one model.
Don't think it was GT could be wrong though!
Aren't these paint jobs called crackle? They look a bit like lava hence me thinking Kona.
Some old Raleigh's had bonkers paint jobs. Remember splatter! Seems these quirky finishes are having a bit of comeback.
I remember a Klein Fervour with a black and green fleck/splatter paint. Maybe 93/94?
MuddyFox and Kiss Miami (which I think was related to MuddyFox) had crackle paint jobs iirc. The Muddyfox one I have in mind was burgundy and black I think.
I had a gt talera and raleigh nitro, both similar paintjobs to that. Gt was blue though. Bring them back i say!

Muddy Fox had the crackle paint, although not as vibrant as that
