Hi
Anyone got any recommendations for the above? Seem to be plenty 9 spd options, but few for 10 spd. Are the two compatible? I'm currently running an SLX triple, and 10 spd.
While I'm at it, what are your bash guard and chain device recommendations, and any other top tips for converting from triple to double?

had a gammut dual ring but the superstar stuff is just as good and when it gets bashed up it aint no biggy. Have ya thought about a single 32 up front with 36 out back as a dual will still lose its chain just when you need it most. Easiet gear is equivalent to about 3rd in the granny.
