Thinking about splashing out on a 29er.

Would really like to hear from people who own both a 26er and 29er.

What does the 29er excel at? What is it like for climbing? And in winter mud? Please add anything else you may think is useful.

29ers are a bit like 26ers.
They're all different.
There's more to a bike than wheel size.

I own both op. Different tools for different jobs but as you mention mud and climbing for me the 29er would come out to play for both duties before the 26er even thought about leaving the shed...
