Guys and girls, need some advice and expertise!!! Have built up my Haro Mary ss 29er finally and love it!!!! Fully rigid and love riding it but have 1 problem, when I turn the front wheel it catches my feet!!!! I'm running a set of steel forks that came with it and suspect this is the problem as they go straight down from head tube where as suspension forks and carbon have an offset, I'm assuming this is the problem but always good to hear from some1 who knows!!!!
cheers

Unless you have a very odd set of rigid forks the rake and "zero" offset will still put the axle in the right kind of place same as an offset and raked suspension fork.

What forks have you got?

Do you ride with flatties or clipless? If the latter consider moving the cleats forward a bit, if the former then have a look at your foot position or maybe even think about shorter cranks I guess.

Riding clipless, and the forks came with the frame when I bought it so will have to see if it says anywhere on them what they are
