Anything worth considering? Or maybe a Bontrager? BTW email me if you're selling black one 32 holes, please.

The Mavic TN719s are excellent. Basically just a 29er version of their equally excellent XM719 disc 26" rim.

Stiff, strong, durable and not too heavy... Would have loved to have got some Stans Flows myself, but didn't fancy more than £80 per rim when the TN719's cost me less than half that!

Great rim IMO, well priced, light, strong and cheap.

yep, TN719s work well, and have done on my bike for about 20 months now.

Halo rims for the long-lasting win.

I'm exactly the same as Maverick, dead pleased with mine. Also ghetto'd fine with some Kenda Nevegals.

I understand that Mavic are doing the 819 rim in 29er flavor later this year so I'll be waiting till then for my new wheels. 😉

Till then I'll stick with my Halo's but have changed the rear hub to a ProII as the Halo hub kept falling to bits 🙁

Really? 😛

Though to be fair I've had no issues with ghetto tubeless on the 719's...

Yep.

I was chatting to the wheel builder at my LBS and he was saying it might be worth my while waiting a bit to get the 819's as they are due out later this year.
