So obviously I've been left behind with progress, but my old 2006 Kona still rides as well as ever, and I can't afford to replace it.

So I'm looking for some light and fast XC tyres in 26", 2.1-2.3" ish in size.

Previously got some Geax ones from planet X, but they don't seem to have much 26er stuff anymore.

So is there a preferred supplier for decent quality 26er tyres at reasonable prices anywhere?

Ta, keith

Back along CRC had some Conti's at sensible prices.

Probably worth checking the German sites - they had a decent selection of 26 inch last time I looked (bike discount and R2 bike)

Specialized still seem to be doing some 26" tyres.

I've got a great condition Schwalbe Rock Razor for sale in the classifieds.

Having the same problem but more for "enduro" end of tyres. Everywhere seems sold out. I don't know if this is the covid effect.

I bought a couple Specialized Butcher Grids back in April from Leisure Lakes, about £15 each if I remember correctly. This was before all the COVID cycling craziness though

saw my lbs's insta showing some 26" Wild Enduros going out the door. Might be worth having a look around for a pair of those.
