Isle of Man 2 day and Ard Rock for me so far.
Will try to get entries to Southern Champs and maybe an event in Scotland and Wales depending on what else crops up throughout summer.

Can someone please explain the diffent sports catogary on the southern enduring series. Senior vs master? Is it critical? Or if you are not doing the full series is doesn't matter?

Senior & master are age specific.

What's the Welsh course at Afan usually like? Technically harder than your reds up there?

last year there was only really the descent into gyncorryg that was long and technical, its all trail centre stuff rocky but rideable

the toughest thing about last years race was the horrendous weather 🙂

It's just sections of the trail centre loop.

They don't really go off piste for the WGES stuff as it's only a one day event.

The WGES is pretty chilled out. Just give it a go.

Either that or race in fun at a Southern.

As hob nob says fun category at a Southern round is a great place to start, saying that the all enduro races tend to be pretty friendly, wges mash up format lends itself to a nice vibe, If the organiser is cheery it tends to percolate down through the whole event.

2 big races coming up southern champs in Exmoor and National champs in grizedale.

Southerns I'm looking forward to, fingers crossed the weather holds. Trails look great from the vids.

NAT champs look tough 55km and big climbing, gonna be a struggle as I can't get there till Saturday am after a long drive so ,55k practice on Saturday 55k race on Sunday again really really hope it's not wet, but being the lakes...

We will be travelling up Thursday for the NAT Champs and making it to a long weekend as its a bank holiday. The weather was first class last year for the PMBA round and the campsite was great.

Ive finally signed up to do the Hope PMBA Ladies one in Gisburn at the end of the year. Im in the vets, Katie in the open and Abigale in the U21. Should be a good family weekend out

Looking forward to Southern Champs, if only so I can go 'ride my effing bike'! Barely done any MTB riding the last 9 weeks as general life has gotten in the way 😥

Feeling a little less enthusiastic as a result about Nat Champs right now because of the big miles and climbing. Am getting there Thursday though so breaking practice into the two days but think I'll feel it in the legs on race day still!

Haven't quite decided whether I'm doing Welsh Champs yet. Might depend upon how Nat Champs goes!

Bad news/good news for Nat Champs Kimbers...Saturday is practice at Graithwaite side only, but at least the legs will be a bit fresher for the now 44km route on Sunday

Raging I'm missing the champs at Graythwaite/Grizedale but I'm at home running a marathon that weekend. Not sure my current bike fitness would see me round 2 days there, though

Weather looks great, it was a cracking event last year. Trails were brilliant!
