hi,
a friend of mine is looking for a full suspension trail/am-esque bike for 5-6hr rides. He's 2 metres tall and weighs 110kg. He's very fit and practically muscle (swoon..). Has a budget of say 1500GBP which removes the boutique brands from the pack.
What bikes should i be recommending to him?

thanks Ton. Any ideas about the FS bikes? I can't find any bikes to suit him at his budget.

I'm the same height and got a Commencal Meta AM 2012 in xl. Very capable bike and got it in the crc sale for £1600.
