Having suffered riding a 34/17 ratio yesterday I think I need to change to a 19T cog. However, I can't seem to find anywhere selling 19T freewheels. Does anyone know where I might be able to get one?

Freewheel or cog? Halo do 19t cogs.

Or try a 32t chainring instead of your 34t.

I should have said that it's a threaded freewheel that I'm after. I think I'll have to find a 30T chainring instead. It's for a 29er so I'm looking for an equivalent to a 32/16 setup.

White Industries do a 19T cog. I bought mine from Sideways Cycles years ago for singlespeeding in the Alps.

the cheepy dicta ones come upto 20t, I've got one for the single speed road bike, didnt see the point in spending >10x the cost aof a WI one when in the absence of mud the cheep one should last.

Best off searching for a "19t freewheeel" as they get sold under 101 BMX brands, my was apparently a diamondback freewheel, still says dicta once you get in the box.
