Hope sell end caps in various sizes to fit all the different axle standards if that’s what you mean.
Remove 15mm end caps. Push in 20mm ones. It’s that easy

Yeah, Hope are a piece of piss.Not all 15mms can be converted up- DT240 frinstance has a version that can do all 3 major sizes, but the more common version they sell can only do QR and 15mm.

At the end of the day, it's a hole with some holes in it and some things on the end of the holes with holes in, it's not brain surgery. Just made a bit of a mockery of 15mm is all- "It's lighter"- the axles are heavier, and the hubs are the same but with different, also lighter, endcaps on.

Yes it is doable. I run a fork that can either run a 15mm or 20mm axle and use Hope Pro 4's.
