Tried logging in/out/clear history etc but still no joy.
Just worked okay for me in the checkout although I've not finished filling the basket yet!
Tried it a few minutes later after adding some things already in the sale and it gave me an error telling me to check the terms and conditions. I'm presuming it is for non sale items only or similar.

Still won't work for me on a pair of EN821s or a gopro.
Usually there are exemptions from the discounts codes. Off the top of my head, these are Mavic, GoPro, Endura and some others.
Try removing all items from basket, and add something else to test.

I only know this from previous offers. In this case, CRC helpfully state their are exemptions on this coupon, but don't actually say what they are.*
