I trying to run a Dura-Ace 10speed cassette on a Dura Ace 11speed hub. From Google searches it looks like I need a 1mm & 1.85mm spacer. Is this right and can I run a single 2.85mm spacer if I can find one?

Thats right, I've just recently fitted a 10 speed ultegra cassette on 11 speed dura ace wheels, you need to use the 1mm spacer that comes with the cassette and the 1.85mm spacer that comes with the hub/wheels.

ok, I'm missing the 1.85mm spacer as they don't come with the wheel set and I can't source one from any where. Can I use 2 x 1 mm spacers instead? Surely .15mm is negligible?

Shimano part number for the correct spacer is Y4T724000 and any decent bike shop with a Madison account can get one for you.
