Just purchased a Reverb from BikeDiscount and have found the actuator to be quite stiff, it also doesn't drop until you pushing the button right to the bottom....
Is this normal?

Shouldn't be stiff. Have you tested it off the bars.... in other words is it fouling anything?
Does the remote hose need bleeding?

Yes tested off the bars and nothing fouling, have already bled once but button is still quite stiff
