Hands and feet, people. Hands and feet. Specifically Gridlock lock-on grips for your hands, and VMax clip pedals for your feet.
DMR Gridlock grip
The Gridlock grips are primarily designed for larger hands but if you just like fat grips, here you go too. The 34mm diameter is significantly bigger than standard grips (which are around 31mm). For extra comfort and control, and vibration damping – for less arm-pump when riding any mountain tracks. The single clamp, aluminium lock ring with nylon core. The grip outer design itself is a combo of classics: mushroom and waffle. Mmm… mushroomy waffles.
DMR VMAx clip pedal
Crispy pedals. Not in a bad way; these are some exceptionally nicely constructed clip pedals. Yet as with anything from DMR, they aren’t fragile. Extruded and CNCd 6061 aluminium main platform. Compared to most SPD compatible platform clip pedals, the VMAX have a larger platform (80 x 95mm), combined with a low profile (18mm), for better control and foot-feel as well as fewer pedal strikes. Cut-outs in the body allow clear and easy Allen key access to the tension adjusters.
