Not too good about writing about myself, but not so bad at writing about other things. There was a time that I hated bikes, but then they became my life. Wouldn't be the person I am if I hadn't been on this journey. Here's to bikes, drinking tea and everything that comes with life on two wheels. I'm Lauren, I like bikes and writing about them. What a start to the weekend with a medal for Evie!

And yet again, what absolutely toss coverage from the BBC, some guy shouting nonsense down the mic till it distorts, yet zero audi from trackside. Garbage.

It is a joke that Red Bull can’t do it in the UK.

@snotrag I agree, a great result for Evie, shame @singletrack haven’t picked it up as a story straight away, this link seems to provide a work around for red bull not being able to broadcast to UK https://www.redbull.com/int-en/events/uci-mountain-bike-world-championships-val-di-sole-english-only

Not obvious, but it was available on the TV app and the website (link as above).

Easy way to avoid spoilers is just stick to the British Cycling website – hours later still nothing on the “latest news” front page…..

Can you give a time stamp of when to watch? Watching the men’s from the start and it’s a bit meh
