Ard Rock Enduro Announces 2016 Dates

by 0

The Ard Rock Festival has just let us know that its main events will take place on 6-7 August 2016, once again in the stunning Yorkshire Dales.

This year the Ard Rock provided a top class weekend of riding on specially created trails, with entertainment like the rodeo sheep competition, live music and of course local food and Ale. Topped off with Expo stands from some of mountain biking’s leading companies; Santa Cruz Bicycles, Mavic and Sweet Protection, the weekend was an absolute blast.

2016 sees the addition of a new endurance event, junior categories, night rides and an even bigger Expo, camping and chill out area.

Entries for the Enduro events will go live on 30 October, and with last year’s entries gone within minutes, you may want to keep an eye on www.ardrockenduro.co.uk for the latest news.

The Ard Rock crew will be releasing details of 2016 events shortly, including an ‘exciting new Enduro event’ on the North Yorkshire Moors.

Also, taking place on 27th September is the last Ard Rock event of the year: the Mountain Bike Marathon, which is a 40 mile loop including some stunning singletrack descents.

If you missed this year’s action, here’s the official video.
